I’m Rob Calkins, a real estate broker specializing in probate real estate. My path into this business wasn’t traditional. Before becoming a broker, I owned a landscaping company, and I first became interested in real estate while looking to buy a duplex. A friend who was an agent encouraged me to get licensed, and what started by chance has grown into a career I’ve built over the last 13 years.
Over time, I discovered a true calling in probate real estate. After helping a few executors, I realized how meaningful it was to support families through one of life’s most difficult and complex moments. That turning point shaped my focus and gave me the opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring estates are handled with care and professionalism.
